Your primary mission is to design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes that maximize efficiency while maintaining the highest quality standards.</p><p class="paragraph-text space-xs-mb" ></p><div key="3" className="space-md-mb"><h4 class='space-sm-mb section-title' >Key Responsibilities</h4></div><h3>Process Development & Optimization</h3><ul class="ps-4 space-xs-mb list-disc"><li class="paragraph-text">Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for improved productivity and quality.</li><li class="paragraph-text">Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, viscosity, and reaction conditions.</li><li class="paragraph-text">Analyze production data and recommend process improvements.</li><li class="paragraph-text">Support scale-up activities from laboratory to pilot and commercial production.</li></ul><h3>Production Support</h3><ul class="ps-4 space-xs-mb list-disc"><li class="paragraph-text">Troubleshoot process-related issues during manufacturing.</li><li class="paragraph-text">Ensure smooth operation of equipment and process systems.</li><li class="paragraph-text">Reduce production downtime and improve process efficiency.</li><li class="paragraph-text">Coordinate with production teams for continuous process improvement.</li></ul><h3>Quality & Documentation</h3><ul class="ps-4 space-xs-mb list-disc"><li class="paragraph-text">Prepare SOPs, batch records, process flow diagrams, and technical documentation.</li><li class="paragraph-text">Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.</li><li class="paragraph-text">Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.</li></ul><h3>Equipment & Process Design</h3><ul class="ps-4 space-xs-mb list-disc"><li class="paragraph-text">Assist in selection and commissioning of process equipment.</li><li class="paragraph-text">Support extrusion, coating, mixing, reaction, or compounding operations as applicable.</li><li class="paragraph-text">Evaluate new technologies and process modifications.</li></ul><h3>Safety & Compliance</h3><ul class="ps-4 space-xs-mb list-disc"><li class="paragraph-text">Ensure safe handling of chemicals and process operations.</li><li class="paragraph-text">Follow environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines.</li><li class="paragraph-text">Participate in risk assessment and hazard analysis activities.<br/></li></ul><div key="4" className="space-md-mb"><h4 class='space-sm-mb section-title'>Required Qualification</h4></div><h3>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:</h3><ul class="ps-4 space-xs-mb list-disc"><li class="paragraph-text">Chemical Engineering</li><li class="paragraph-text">Polymer Engineering</li><li class="paragraph-text">Process Engineering</li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul class="ps-4 space-xs-mb list-disc"><li class="paragraph-text">Fresher to 1+ years experience </li><li class="paragraph-text">Experience in polymer, chemical, coating, adhesive, packaging, or manufacturing industry preferred</li></ul>
